  1. Chapter 1Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
  2. Chapter 2And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.
  3. Chapter 3Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel.
  4. Chapter 4Thou also, son of man, take thee a tile, and lay it before thee, and pourtray upon it the city, even Jerusalem:
  5. Chapter 5And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a barber’s razor, and cause it to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard: then take thee balances to weigh, and divide the hair.
  6. Chapter 6And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  7. Chapter 7Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  8. Chapter 8And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord God fell there upon me.
  9. Chapter 9He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand.
  10. Chapter 10Then I looked, and, behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
  11. Chapter 11Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the Lord’s house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
  12. Chapter 12The word of the Lord also came unto me, saying,
  13. Chapter 13And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  14. Chapter 14Then came certain of the elders of Israel unto me, and sat before me.
  15. Chapter 15And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  16. Chapter 16Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  17. Chapter 17And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  18. Chapter 18The word of the Lord came unto me again, saying,
  19. Chapter 19Moreover take thou up a lamentation for the princes of Israel,
  20. Chapter 20And it came to pass in the seventh year, in the fifth month, the tenth day of the month, that certain of the elders of Israel came to enquire of the Lord, and sat before me.
  21. Chapter 21And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  22. Chapter 22Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  23. Chapter 23The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
  24. Chapter 24Again in the ninth year, in the tenth month, in the tenth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  25. Chapter 25The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
  26. Chapter 26And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  27. Chapter 27The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
  28. Chapter 28The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
  29. Chapter 29In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  30. Chapter 30The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
  31. Chapter 31And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the third month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  32. Chapter 32And it came to pass in the twelfth year, in the twelfth month, in the first day of the month, that the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  33. Chapter 33Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  34. Chapter 34And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  35. Chapter 35Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  36. Chapter 36Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord:
  37. Chapter 37The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
  38. Chapter 38And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
  39. Chapter 39Therefore, thou son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal:
  40. Chapter 40In the five and twentieth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after that the city was smitten, in the selfsame day the hand of the Lord was upon me, and brought me thither.
  41. Chapter 41Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.
  42. Chapter 42Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the chamber that was over against the separate place, and which was before the building toward the north.
  43. Chapter 43Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east:
  44. Chapter 44Then he brought me back the way of the gate of the outward sanctuary which looketh toward the east; and it was shut.
  45. Chapter 45Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an oblation unto the Lord, an holy portion of the land: the length shall be the length of five and twenty thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.
  46. Chapter 46Thus saith the Lord God; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
  47. Chapter 47Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar.
  48. Chapter 48Now these are the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazar–enan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east and west; a portion for Dan.
