Genesis 6:14
“Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.”
KJV
Read in Genesis 6Meaning
The verse begins practical construction instructions while preserving uncertainty about some ancient material terms.
Read carefully

Reflection
The response to announced judgment is concrete obedience: Noah is given work to do, not merely information to contemplate.
