- Chapter 1And the Lord spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the tabernacle of the congregation, on the first day of the second month, in the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
- Chapter 2And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
- Chapter 3These also are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that the Lord spake with Moses in mount Sinai.
- Chapter 4And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
- Chapter 5And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 6And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 7And it came to pass on the day that Moses had fully set up the tabernacle, and had anointed it, and sanctified it, and all the instruments thereof, both the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them, and sanctified them;
- Chapter 8And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 9And the Lord spake unto Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they were come out of the land of Egypt, saying,
- Chapter 10And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 11And when the people complained, it displeased the Lord: and the Lord heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the Lord burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
- Chapter 12And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
- Chapter 13And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 14And all the congregation lifted up their voice, and cried; and the people wept that night.
- Chapter 15And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 16Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:
- Chapter 17And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 18And the Lord said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father’s house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
- Chapter 19And the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,
- Chapter 20Then came the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, into the desert of Zin in the first month: and the people abode in Kadesh; and Miriam died there, and was buried there.
- Chapter 21And when king Arad the Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, heard tell that Israel came by the way of the spies; then he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners.
- Chapter 22And the children of Israel set forward, and pitched in the plains of Moab on this side Jordan by Jericho.
- Chapter 23And Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven oxen and seven rams.
- Chapter 24And when Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, he went not, as at other times, to seek for enchantments, but he set his face toward the wilderness.
- Chapter 25And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.
- Chapter 26And it came to pass after the plague, that the Lord spake unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,
- Chapter 27Then came the daughters of Zelophehad, the son of Hepher, the son of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh the son of Joseph: and these are the names of his daughters; Mahlah, Noah, and Hoglah, and Milcah, and Tirzah.
- Chapter 28And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 29And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.
- Chapter 30And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded.
- Chapter 31And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 32Now the children of Reuben and the children of Gad had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land of Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that, behold, the place was a place for cattle;
- Chapter 33These are the journeys of the children of Israel, which went forth out of the land of Egypt with their armies under the hand of Moses and Aaron.
- Chapter 34And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
- Chapter 35And the Lord spake unto Moses in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,
- Chapter 36And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, came near, and spake before Moses, and before the princes, the chief fathers of the children of Israel:
