Psalm 112:4

“Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.”

KJV

Meaning

Hope in darkness is tied to a character marked by mercy and justice, not to denial that darkness is real.

The verse speaks hope within darkness and does not promise instant relief from every hardship.

Practice compassion and justice while seeking hope.
