Psalm 139:15
“My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.”
KJV
Read in Psalm 139Meaning
Poetic language of secret formation emphasizes divine knowledge rather than scientific anatomy.
Read carefully
Its function here is theological and poetic, not a technical anatomy lesson.
Reflection
Read the imagery as theological poetry about being known by God.
