Psalm 143:7
“Hear me speedily, O Lord: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.”
KJV
Read in Psalm 143Meaning
Urgency is voiced honestly, but the verse does not establish a timetable God must follow.
Read carefully
The verse voices urgency from distress; it does not promise a fixed response time or forbid practical help.
Reflection
Pray urgently while also seeking immediate human help when safety or health is at risk.
