Psalm 62:6
“He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.”
KJV
Read in Psalm 62Meaning
The second refrain intensifies confidence after the intervening description of threat and deception.
Read carefully
Its confidence is theological and does not deny real danger, injury, trauma, or the need for help.
Reflection
Repeat what is true about God while continuing prudent protection and support.
