Psalm 63:11

“But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.”

Meaning

The royal ending contrasts praise and truth with false speech after the preceding threat.

The king rejoices in God; the verse does not remove law, accountability, succession, or legitimate criticism.
