Psalm 94:17
“Unless the Lord had been my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.”
KJV
Read in Psalm 94Meaning
The answer to the previous question is personal: the LORD's help preserved the speaker when human strength was insufficient.
Read carefully
The verse celebrates divine help; it does not prohibit receiving help through people and institutions.
Reflection
Ask for help from God and from trustworthy people rather than isolating yourself.
