Psalm 94:22

“But the Lord is my defence; and my God is the rock of my refuge.”

Meaning

After naming corrupt authority and innocent blood, the psalmist identifies God rather than corrupt power as the ultimate place of security.

The verse identifies ultimate refuge; it does not prohibit concrete safety measures or help.

Seek refuge in God while also pursuing safe, practical support and lawful protection.
