Psalm 102:23
“He weakened my strength in the way; he shortened my days.”
KJV
Read in Psalm 102Meaning
The lament returns to personal frailty after communal hope. The perception of shortened life is not a prediction readers should apply to themselves.
Read carefully
It is the speaker's lament, not a personalized prophecy.
