Genesis 7:13
“In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;”
KJV
Read in Genesis 7Meaning
Noah and his household enter the ark on the same day identified for the beginning of the flood.
Read carefully
The verse coordinates narrative timing and should not be turned into an exact template for later deliverance scenarios.
Reflection
The household is inside when the crisis arrives, linking prior obedience with the preservation now unfolding.
